     Nitrogen (nitrogen plant, also known as nitrogen plant) is a compressed air as raw material, using a carbon molecular sieve adsorbent called (Figure 1) on the nitrogen and oxygen selective adsorption (Figure 2), to the air nitrogen separated. Carbon molecular sieve nitrogen, oxygen, is mainly based on the separation of the role of nitrogen and oxygen molecules in the surface diffusion rate of different zeolites. The proliferation of smaller diameter of the oxygen molecules faster, more access to the zeolite phase; a larger diameter of the nitrogen diffusion slower, and less into the zeolite phase. In this way, nitrogen in the gas phase were enriched. A period of time, molecular sieve adsorption of oxygen up to a certain extent, through the decompression, the carbon molecular sieve of the gas being released, thus completing the regeneration of molecular sieve. This is based on molecular sieve in the adsorption of gases under different pressures the adsorption capacity of different characteristics. PSA nitrogen plant commonly used two parallel adsorber, alternating pressure adsorption and regeneration decompression, the operation cycle is about 2 minutes.
